Membership Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

Scheduling & Cancellations

As long as the weather permits, you may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your fee and session.

Membership Billing

All memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your next billing cycle.

Session Usage. 

All sessions are valid within the active billing cycle and reset each month.

Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

Commitment to Results

Our programs are designed around consistency and progression.
We recommend a minimum 2–3 month commitment to see meaningful results.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Unused sessions within a billing period are not eligible for refunds.

We welcome client communication! You may email or text us with any questions.

Please allow up to 1–3 business days for a response.

For more in-depth guidance, we may recommend booking a private coaching session.

Multi-Dog Households

We may work with multiple dogs during a session.
